I wish I'd read this before I submitted my responses - mea culpa. I did find some of the examples given a bit unlikely - there was a general assumption that transwomen 'pass', for instance. And I wouldn't fancy being the employee who takes a TW into an office to discover their sex at birth and then route them away from the gender-affirming group they were keen to join. You couldn't pay me enough.
Sorry Michael but I think there's a typo - I believe, for reasons unknown to me but no doubt arcane and convoluted, that a legal judgment drops the 'e' in the middle.
