I assume this will be a very helpful citation for employment tribunals (or appeals) that deal with single-sex provision (or lack of). I also assume HR departments will not have this sort of judgment on their radar and won't rush to change their facilities. Sadly.
I can't wait for a man to bring a discrimination claim of the kind alluded to by point (vi). I've got just the argument for him to make out less favourable treatment: 'If trans chicks get to ogle and leer at naked women in the changing rooms, I should be able to as well'
If only the government Keir Starmer and Bridget Phillipson would call out GLP and the various MPs who support removing women’s rights to single sex spaces, sport, services, prizes and promotion 😱
