I'm bemused by the exclusion of 'men who cross dress'. I imagine they would claim pc of gender reassignment.

What is doing the work here is not gender reassignment; it’s race.

It should read it's sex.

Thanks Michael. You’re always quick on the draw! Looks like Women’s Pioneer Housing are in a pickle and it will be mixed sex and exclude trans men. Litigation beckons!

We are not yet the 51st state of the USA. Skrmetti judgment is outside UK jurisdiction
