Peggie v NHS Fife: Judges Qs and Negligent Lawyers
Morning everyone,
As some of you will know, I was unwell last week and couldn’t do another live video discussing the final updates in Peggie v NHS Fife. I’m now feeling much better and plan to do a live this coming Sunday 12th of October at 4pm.
I’ll discuss the questions that ET Judge Kemp had for counsel for both parties and the ruling which was made on the amendment application made by NHS Fife, including the significance of Judge Kemp describing the conduct of counsel for NHS Fife as negligent.
