Frankly Michael I'm grateful that you make time to post here at all and this is such an important area of law that your articles need to be disseminated far & wide. If that means some people can sometimes get them free - so be it.
There seem to be a few such cases at the moment against the NHS. We have this one with Sandie Peggie, the group known collectively as the Darlington nurses and there's another one taken out by a woman using the pseudonym Faye.
Good luck to them all and I will be watching with fingers crossed.
I pay for a subscription because I am particularly interested in this area of law, and I don’t mind if some posts are free, as you say it’s important to get the information out there. A webinar for paying subscribers is an excellent idea and I look forward to that.
I have subscription. I will not feel frustrated if you make posts freely available. On the contrary, I will be satisfied if - to a tiny extent, alas - it helps you to get these ideas across to a wider audience. Please keep going.
I don't view is as "unfair" at all. I am happy to support the important work you do and very grateful for everything you do. A webinar with Naomi would be a great added bonus.
As said by those below I am completely ok with you open publishing your articles / posts - it is vital that this area of the law ,which is so often ( sometimes wilfully ) misunderstood or interpreted , is explained in clear terms. Thank you for all that you do.
as a non paying reader, l thank the people who have posted above that they are ok with some reading for free. l am a pensioner and in all seriousness, if l were to pay a subscription to every person l am keen to follow it would be very costly. sadly on my uk pension it's just not doable. So thankyou for the freebies and thanks to the people who do pay a subscription. x
Michael, as a paying subscriber I'm more than happy to subsidise you informing as many people as possible about the law in this area, ie as it is written rather than what they would like it to say.
Michael, I find your writing helps me understand interesting topics and complex legal arguments without having to study law 😁. This is why I have a paid subscription regardless of paid / free articles and plan to keep it as long as I can afford to.
The fact you make some posts free because you understand the importance of this area, just shows how throughly decent you are. My feedback is don’t stress, I’m sure most subscribers understand 🙂

Having said that, I'd love a webinar with Naomi!

Thanks, Michael, very good of you and I have informed my readers ( albeit I am a paid subscriber and I look forward to the webinar😀).
