Does this confused guidance reflect in the recent sentencing of the young people who attacked a trans identified male following an incident where one of the young people claims to have been deceived into a sexual act with a partner who not only failed to disclose their sex but also apparently filmed it?
I'm guessing that the CPS are using sex alongside gender identity because they have been totally captured as have most of the judiciary - eg benchbook for judges
